Happy birthday to ME!
I’m forty today, which seems pretty old when you weren’t forty before.
I suppose it’s time for me to turn in my Blackberry for a Jitterbug phone. And perhaps I’ll need to pick up a walker with the little tennis balls on the feet. I even need to start thinking about which home I want to spend my last days in.
Ugh… better get moving… time is running out.
Oh, please. Age is only important if you're a cheese. The secret is to pick an age you really like and stick with it. Age is just a state of mind. Yadda, yadda. You have a loving husband who fixes your coffee every day. You have raised two wonderful kids and are in the process of raising two more who will be just as wonderful. Sit back and enjoy what the past 40 years has given you. Congratulations and Happy Birthday!
